Reset and change PIN

If you do not remember your card PIN and blocked your card, you can reset the PIN. If you know the PIN, you can change it without resetting.

The administrator configures user permissions for card PIN reset and change operations. For more information, see Administrator guide.

Reset PIN​

  1. Select Reset PIN in the card menu.
  2. Connect the card to the workstation.
  3. Enter a new PIN and confirm it.
  4. Click Reset.

Change PIN​

  1. Select Change PIN in the card menu.
  2. Connect the card to the workstation.
  3. Enter your current PIN, enter a new PIN, and confirm it.
  4. Click Change.
