Users can manage their cards, certificates, and documents in the following web applications:

• Self-Service — for operations with a card connected to a workstation
• Remote Self-Service — for remote operations without connecting a card

The administrator defines the list of allowed operations in the Management Console under Configuration → Policies → Workflow.
