Change answers to secret questions
Secret questions are used for authentication in the following cases:
- Unblocking a card
- Disabling a card without logging in to the OS
- Accessing Remote Self-Service
- Completing the user PIN reset task on the client agent

In the card usage policy, the administrator configures:
- The list of secret questions — in the Authentication section
- The ability to change the answers — in the Workflow section
To change answers to secret questions:
- Select Change answers to secret questions.
- Select a question and enter the answer.
- Click OK.
