Remote Self-Service

Remote Self-Service is an Axidian CertiFlow web application for managing your cards without connecting them to your workstation. The only exception is the card unblock operation.

Remote Self-Service is available at https://<Server FQDN>/certiflow/rss.

Log in​

To log in to Remote Self-Service:

  1. Open https://<Server FQDN>/certiflow/rss.
  2. Enter your login and the text from the CAPTCHA image.
  3. Enter the answers to the secret questions to access your user profile.

If you do not remember the answers, open Self-Service and change them.

Operations​

The disable and enable and revoke and clear card operations work the same way as in Self-Service.

Unblock a card​

In Remote Self-Service, you can unblock a card after it has been blocked by exceeding the PIN entry limit.

To unblock a card:

  1. Launch the Axidian CertiFlow Unblock tool from the Axidian CertiFlow installation package.
  2. Select a card from the Available cards list.
  3. Copy the unblock code from the Request field.
  4. Open Remote Self-Service at https://<Server FQDN>/certiflow/rss.
  5. Select the card and click Unblock.
  6. Enter the unblock code and click Get results.
  7. In the Unblock tool, enter the confirmation code in the Answer field.
  8. Enter the new PIN, confirm it, and click Unblock.
