Self-Service
Self-Service is an Axidian CertiFlow web application for managing your cards, certificates, and documents.
Self-Service is available at https://<Server FQDN>/certiflow/ss.

The administrator configures Self-Service authentication in Configuration → Policies → Authentication.
User profile
Self-Service shows the following information:
- User information — your name, login, email, phone number, and photo. This data is imported into Axidian CertiFlow automatically from the user catalog.
- Your cards — the cards assigned to you and their contents.
- Your documents — a list of your documents.
Operations
The administrator defines the list of allowed operations in the Management Console under Configuration → Policies → Workflow.
