Error processing

If an error occurs while the target application is running, ESSO Agent allows you to select an action to process the error. In such cases, the Error processing window appears.

In the Error processing window, select an action:

  • Repeat: The operation that resulted in the error is performed again.
  • Close application: The application that triggered the error is closed. All unsaved data is lost.
  • Close window: The current window or form of the application is closed. If the main window is closed, the application may be terminated.
  • Ignore: No action is taken.

After you select an action, the window closes automatically.
