Check the server status

To check the server status, enter the Core Server address in your browser in the format https://full_dns_server_name/am/core/.

You are automatically redirected to https://full_dns_server_name/am/core/api/v6/healthCheck/index.

The page refreshes automatically every 60 seconds.

The page provides the following information about the server status:

  • The availability status of the user catalog and the processing time of requests to it.
  • The storage status and the processing time of requests to it.
  • The list of installed authentication providers, their status, and load time.
  • The status of the Log Server component.
  • The list of errors, if any.
Note

For security reasons, the list of installed authentication providers and the error information are available only if you have opened the page from a local address.
