Password desynchronization
In a number of cases, password desynchronization may occur:
If the domain password was reset by the system administrator while the user has at least one registered authenticator.
If no Core Server is available at the moment of the password change request, but at least one domain controller is available. In this case, the following message appears: Server communication error. Server not found. If you continue, password desynchronization occurs.
At the first login to the system, if the user has SMS OTP or Email OTP authentication configured.
This happens when the new password cannot be synchronized with the Core Server database.
To synchronize the password:
In the window with the desynchronization warning, click OK.
Enter the new password.
If the desynchronization occurred because Core Server was unavailable, perform these actions when at least one server is available.
The current password from Active Directory is synchronized with the password in the Core Server database. After successful synchronization, the login to the system is performed.
