Reset and change PIN

If you do not remember your card PIN and blocked your card, you can reset the PIN and set a new one.

The administrator configures user permissions for card PIN reset operation. For more information, see Administrator guide.

To reset the card PIN:

1. Select Reset card PIN in the card menu.
2. Connect the card to the workstation.
3. Enter a new PIN and confirm it.
4. Click Reset and Close.

To change the card PIN:

1. Select Change card PIN in the card menu.
2. Connect the card to the workstation.
3. Enter your current PIN, enter a new PIN and confirm it.
4. Click Change and Close.
