Devices
In the Devices section, you can manage general settings for Software HOTP, Hardware OTP, and TOTP devices. To learn more about particular device settings, see the Authentication provider installation and configuration section.
Add a device
- In the Management Console sidebar, open the Devices section.
- Click Add from a file to upload the information about device parameters or click Add to set device parameters manually.

- Click Add from a file.
- Select a file with device parameters and click Add.
- The Result window shows the number of added devices.
- Click Close.
The added device appears in the list of available devices.
- Click Add.
- In the Serial number field, specify the device serial number.
- In the Secret key field, specify the device key (parameter
Seed). - If required, specify additional information in the Comment field.
- Click Add.
The added device appears in the list of available devices.
Delete a device
In the Management Console sidebar, open the Devices section.
To delete a device manually, select it from the list and click Delete.
If required, you can perform a search using filters at the top of the page.
To delete a device using the information from a file:
- Click Delete from a file.
- Select the XML file with device parameters and click Delete.
- The Result window shows the number of deleted devices.
- Click Close.
Synchronize a device
To synchronize a device if the counter on a device and the server is desynchronized:
- In the Management Console sidebar, open the Devices section.
- Click the device serial number.
- On the top panel, click Synchronize OTP.
- In the opened window, enter two one-time passwords consecutively generated on the device and click Synchronize.
Block/unblock a device
In Management Console, you can disable using the added device. Also, you can unblock a previously blocked device.
To block a device:
- In the Devices section of Management Console, select a device from the list of added devices.
- Click Block.
The device status changes from Active to Blocked.
To unblock a device:
- In the Devices section of Management Console, select a blocked device.
- Click Unblock.
The device status changes from Blocked to Active.
